for the adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on                                                           
page 457. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT                                                                           
RESOLUTION NO. 1(STA) Designating May of each year as Lupus                                                                     
Awareness Month, was adopted and was before the Senate on final
